Scott Tremblett, CACC, CCTACP

CEO, Founder

 Scott Tremblett, CACC, CCTACP, is the Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of Red Road Recovery. With more than eight years of experience in the addiction treatment field and lived experience in recovery, Scott brings both professional expertise and personal insight to his work supporting individuals, families, and communities affected by substance use.


Prior to founding Red Road Recovery, Scott worked in frontline treatment services, progressing from support worker to leadership positions within residential treatment programs. Throughout his career, he has developed extensive experience in evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, Trauma-Informed Care, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, and Narrative Therapy.


As CEO, Scott provides strategic leadership for the organization, overseeing program development, operational growth, community partnerships, and organizational expansion. Since co-founding Red Road Recovery in 2021, he has helped guide the organization's growth while remaining committed to delivering high-quality, person-centered, and culturally responsive care.


Scott is passionate about creating pathways to recovery that foster hope, healing, and long-term wellness. His leadership is grounded in the belief that recovery is possible for everyone and that meaningful change occurs when individuals are supported with compassion, dignity, and evidence-informed care.

Wes Francois

Business Relations, Founder

Wes Francois brings over 30 years of experience in business development, language revitalization, cultural programming, and wellness initiatives while working with the Skwlāx te Secwepemcúl̓ecw. Throughout his career, he has been dedicated to building meaningful relationships, supporting community growth, and advancing culturally grounded approaches to wellness and healing.


His commitment to helping people shines through in every aspect of his work. Wes is passionate about fostering connections between communities, organizations, and individuals, helping create opportunities that support long-term wellness, collaboration, and positive change. His extensive experience and relationship-focused approach continue to be an asset to the individuals and communities served by Red Road Recovery.

Kris Cudmore

Business Development, Founder

Kris is an entrepreneur at heart and brings 20 years of managerial experience to the group with a zest for fostering growth in individuals and a desire to help those in need.  

Carolyn Rennie, MSc.

Director of Quality and Compliance

 Carolyn Rennie, MSc., has been working with Red Road Recovery since December 2022 and has taken on many different roles within the company. From beginning as the Administrative Assistant at our first location in Sorrento, to becoming our bookkeeper and managing Human Resources responsibilities, to assisting with the registration and set-up of new locations, and to arranging admissions.


In her current role she manages the admissions team and ensures compliance with regulatory bodies. Carolyn assisted with getting all our locations registered with Assisted Living and CARF Accredited. She also works closely to review and update company policies and standard operating procedures to ensure quality service for those who attend our programs. She assists with the implementation of new technologies to help the network grow and continue to deliver excellent care. She loves working with data and performs analysis for our network.


Carolyn has lived experience with addiction: getting clean in 2018, herself. With a passion for recovery, she uses her skills to assist those in need of help. Originally from Toronto, recovery brought her to BC and to a place she now calls home.

Megan Tremblett

Marketing Manager

Megan Tremblett serves as Marketing Manager for Red Road Recovery, where she has been involved with the organization since its inception in 2021. As a member of the Head Office team, she supports the organization's growth and visibility through strategic marketing, communications, and community engagement initiatives.


With 10 years of experience in the treatment and recovery sector, a Drug & Alcohol Treatment Specialist Diploma, and lived experience in recovery, Megan brings both professional knowledge and personal insight to her role. Her understanding of the challenges individuals and families face throughout the recovery journey helps inform authentic, compassionate, and meaningful communication across the organization.


Megan oversees Red Road Recovery's marketing and communications efforts, including website management, social media strategy, media relations, recruitment marketing, content development, graphic design, event coordination, and community engagement. She is passionate about reducing stigma, increasing awareness of recovery resources, and helping connect individuals, families, communities, and referral partners with high-quality, culturally responsive care.

Nicole Lehto

Human Resources/Accounting Assistant

 Nicole Lehto is a Human Resources and Accounting Assistant with experience in payroll administration, human resources, accounting, and office operations. In her current role, she supports full-cycle payroll processing, employee onboarding and offboarding, benefits administration, accounts payable, and administrative operations. With a strong background in finance and administration, Nicole is known for her attention to detail, organizational skills, and commitment to providing exceptional service. Her areas of expertise include payroll, employee support, accounts payable, and administrative process coordination. 

Katie Granholm

Admissions Coordinator

 Katie Granholm is the Admissions Coordinator at Red Road Recovery, serving as the first point of contact for prospective clients and their families. She provides compassionate, responsive support throughout the admissions process by answering phone calls and emails, maintaining waitlists, and helping individuals take the first steps toward treatment.


Katie brings more than 20 years of customer service experience and over five years of administrative experience, with a strong commitment to creating a welcoming and supportive experience for every person who reaches out. She completed the Addiction and Community Service Worker program at CDI College, where she completed her practicum with the Native Courtworkers and Counselling Association of British Columbia in Downtown Vancouver. She also holds an Associate of Arts in Anthropology from Kwantlen University College and participated in Flinders University's Field School in Australia's Northern Territory, gaining valuable cross-cultural experience.


Katie has completed Blanchard Management Essentials training and is dedicated to providing organized, compassionate, and client-focused support throughout the admissions journey.

Emily Montague

Admissions Coordinator

 Emily brings more than 20 years of experience in customer service, administrative support, and operations to her role as Admissions Coordinator. Known for her thoughtful communication, attention to detail, and calm approach, she strives to make every person feel welcomed and supported from their very first conversation.


Understanding that the decision to seek help is deeply personal, Emily is committed to guiding individuals and their families through the admissions process with empathy, clarity, and respect. She completed Blanchard Management Essentials in 2022, further developing her leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Combined with her practical experience, this training supports her ability to build meaningful connections and provide compassionate, client-centered care.
