Scotty and Chalen helped me to discover my journey in recovery, and I am incredibly grateful for this place and these people with all they have done to help me find myself again. If you are struggling with mental health and addiction and looking for help, please consider Red Road Recovery. This place truly saved my life!"
"Scott and his team really helped me to break through my denial and made it easier to become willing to change for the better. They provided a safe place to go much deeper into myself and see the reasons that I was using drugs in the first place. I am very grateful to everyone at Red Road Recovery and look forward to giving back to others."
"I was in a place and time of no return rock bottom some would say with the help of red road I found the root of my addiction they help me understand that I wasn't alone with the 12 steps and their guidance I have become a better father better brother and a better son their system works cause I'm 7 months sober"
"Set in an idyllic location, Red Road Recovery provides a warm, caring place to completely focus on your path to recovery. It's combination of 12-step programming and Indigenous Culture really emphasize the spiritual journey undertaken to combat addiction. It's amazing counsellors and staff work with you in both a group setting and on an individual basis showing how much they care about your personal recovery. The level of caring doesn't end the moment you walk out the door as they make the effort to keep in touch with you along your path as you go forward in this new chapter of your life. I can't express the profound effect Scotty, Chalen and the rest of the Red Road team has had on my life and on the lives of my loved ones. For that I will be forever grateful.
Even if you are unsure or afraid right now, a simple phone call could change your life forever. All you have to do is reach out."
"I would definitely see more of my people coming here from Tsuut’ina. I loved the stay and structure of the program. I think a lot of them would prefer the private setting as much as I did. Really helped with my recovery for sure. It’s was a great experience and environment to be in and the staff there were very caring and helpful of my recovery. I loved all of the support to I got there…I definitely recommend this place for sure!"
"I did not know what to expect when arriving at Red Road Recovery. It was my first time entering a treatment centre and my emotions were very hard to process the first day. When I entered the facility all the staff were very supportive and welcoming. I did not have much trouble adjusting to the schedule. I really liked all the activities and support I received while attending red road. I am currently about to reach 1 year of recovery, and I don't think that would have been possible without the help of red road. My life has changed completely and I am looking forward to another year of recovery. Thank you Red Road Recovery for all your help and support."
"Very wonderful people, every person there had a pivotal roll in my recovery which I am still holding strong and pushing forward in life taking on the good and the bad in life not thinking about drinking"
"Overall it was a bit of a rollercoaster for me that turned out to be a blessing. Staff is wonderful, food is good, and wonderful rooms. I did find the program restrictive at times due to lack of vehicle, and freedom to do things on my own. However in hind sight, intentions of the program are good. At the end of the day the end result I was hoping to achieve was and it was an incredibly positive experience. "
"This place has been the most magical journey of finding myself I ever could have imagined. The counsellors are the most amazing, loving, caring and funny people I have ever had the privilege to meet. I cannot thank Red Road enough there are no words to express my gratitude to you all. I love each and every one of you. Thank you for this gift of a new life <3."

"To Whom It May Concern:
It is my honor to provide a written account of the overwhelming long-term successes being witnessed of those completing residential treatment at Red Road Recovery and place credit directly with the leadership that makes it all possible.
Red Road Recovery is by far the most superior ‘private’ residential centre I’ve had the honor of working with in my 23-year career of mental health and addictions services and referrals. Their comprehensive holistic approach to recovery nurtures mind, body, and spirit with offerings of the wisdom of Elders, medicine wheel teachings, a traditional Sweat Lodge, attention-to detail nutrition and fitness, serene surroundings, and breathtaking views.
But even more importantly, according to our clients, is the dynamic, compassionate, and empathetic team the Executive Director, Scott Tremblett, has assembled. He and his staff have experienced addiction and recovery themselves, and for our clients, this translates to rapid trust, rapport and great respect. Scott personally greets our clients upon their arrival and oversees theirs journey throughout their stay at the centre. The lasting first impression carries on long after graduation in the form of follow up calls and encouragement. The tools gained and the connections forged at Red Road Recovery appears contribute greatly to their lasting sobriety and continued successes. I highly recommend anyone struggling with addiction call Scott today.
Respectfully,
Lynn Dunford,
Mental Health & Addictions Program Manager"
" To whom it may concern,
I work for the Tsuut’ina Nation as a Client Liaison for the Wrap Around Program, our program provides supports to individuals with social concerns and challenges presented by substance misuse.
I have known Scott Tremblett for three years and within this time he has helped our program and many of our participants connect to treatment resources and supports. Scott has built an excellent rapport with our program, he is always willing to offer his assistance and he has proven to be a very knowledgeable and dedicated person. His commitment and passion to help is evident and well recognized within our organization. Scott always goes above and beyond for each individual and has a deep understanding of inter-generational trauma and the effects it has on all our participants.
Wrap Around program has seen much success through Red Road Recovery and I highly recommend it to other organizations seeking treatment resources. Scott is a very compassionate and professional person and we deeply value his integrity and willingness to help our community.
Sincerely,

"To whom it may concern;
Tansi, my name is Bill ward, I work with the Tsuut’ina Nation Wrap Around department. Part of my role is sourcing and sending our members to treatment centers. Depending on the needs of our member will often dictate where we send them. Tsuut’ina First-nation has been building a relationship with Red Road Recovery for going on a couple years now. I would say that Red Road is one of our go to centers for many reasons. First and foremost, would be the results they produce with the members we have sent there. They usually return with a new outlook on life and are prepared properly about the illness and are confidently prepared to take the next step on their recovery journey. The feedback we have gotten from our members is always positive.
A close second in why we would keep using Red Road Recovery is, the staff. As a worker in this field we need to know the member is in good hands. As well, get feedback and progress updates. This could be both the formal and or the informal fashion, of which we have never had an issue. Red Road has always accommodated the needs of our members while in their care, communicated and collaborated with us every step of the way. From an organizational standpoint, always rolling with the challenges and difficulties that arise constantly in this type of industry of helping people.
Another important reason why we use Red Road is, the cultural component. My belief is they blend the 12-step model very well with the First Nation traditional approach and way of life. From my own personal viewpoint this is usually the most effective blend to bring about the best possible start to someone’s recovery journey.
We will continue to use Red Road Recovery and build our relationship stronger. If you would like to contact me feel free to call or email as my contact information
