Renee Cutts, BA, is the Executive Director of Red Road Recovery, providing leadership grounded in compassion, cultural respect, and a commitment to holistic healing. With a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and ongoing studies in a Master of Counselling Psychology program, Renee combines academic knowledge with practical experience in supporting recovery and wellness.

As someone in recovery herself, Renee brings valuable lived experience to her role, offering a deep understanding of the challenges and strengths involved in the healing journey. She is dedicated to fostering a safe, inclusive, and culturally responsive environment that honours Indigenous teachings while integrating evidence-informed approaches to care.

Red Road Recovery supports individuals, families, and communities through programs that address the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual dimensions of wellness. Renee’s vision is to empower people to build meaningful, lasting recovery while strengthening connections to culture, community, and self.

Mark Gibbons, CIAC, CSAS, MATS, is the Director of Operations at Red Road River, where he provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for residential addiction treatment services. He is dedicated to building high-performing teams and fostering a culture of compassion, accountability, and excellence in support of individuals and families on their recovery journey. 

Mark holds the Certified Indigenous Addictions Counsellor (CIAC), Medication Assisted Treatment Specialist (MATS), and Canadian Sex Addictions Specialist (CSAS) designations

through the Canadian Addiction Counsellors Certification Federation (CACCF). His leadership is grounded in evidence-informed practice, trauma-informed care, and a holistic approach that honours the dignity, strengths, and potential of every person seeking recovery.
