30 Day Reset
The program begins with each partner staying at
a separate location for the first 30 days. This
allows for stabilization and self work. After 30
days couples will be reunited at our Salmon Arm
location.
60 Day Regroup
Focus will be to regroup to work together on
relationship trust, communication, boundaries,
Co-dependencies, coping skills, mindfulness,
family and love all while incorporating the 12
steps and embracing our robust cultural
program.
90 Day Rebuild
90 Day Rebuild
During their final 30 days together, the focus will
be on rebuilding the foundation of the
relationship and working to transition back to
every day life with attention around aftercare
and ensuring there is a solid base for the
relationship to thrive on.
